Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Greenfield, Massachusetts. These part-time roles offer the chance to transition into full-time positions as caseloads grow. Candidates will work directly with children with autism, implementing ABA strategies and treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willing to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients, lift up to 50 lbs, and transition from sitting to standing.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
