Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. These part-time positions allow for growth into full-time roles as caseloads expand. The selected candidates will work directly with children using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a $500 quarterly bonus for consistent hours, and various medical benefits for those working 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.

Skills
