Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Massachusetts seeks Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). This part-time role provides an opportunity to transition into full-time as necessary.

Your responsibilities include working 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies and implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, with preference given to those with further education in relevant fields.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate effectively with families and clinical teams.
• Attend supervisions and ongoing training.

Skills
