Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Northampton, MA. These part-time positions offer flexible schedules with the potential to transition to full-time as caseloads grow.

Applicants should have at least a high school diploma and a passion for working with children with autism. Roles include providing one-on-one ABA therapy, implementing treatment plans, and tracking client progress.

Qualifications

• Must hold a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in psychology or education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Must be able to engage clients actively and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
