Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Hoffman Estates is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The positions offer part-time opportunities with the potential to transition to full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients and physically assist (lifting up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Track client progress using PBS tools.
