Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Colorado seeks Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians. These part-time roles include the opportunity to grow into full-time positions as caseloads expand.

Responsibilities include working individually with children with autism, collecting data on client progress, and implementing treatment plans under BCBA supervision. Candidates should hold a high school diploma and have a passion for supporting individuals with autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in a related field preferred.
• Ability to engage clients and travel locally if needed.
• Experience in ABA therapy or childcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families for client success.
• Attend training and team meetings.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Childcare experience

Educational background in Psychology

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Reliable transportation
