Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants to work part-time with children with autism. You will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA and collect data to track client progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; higher education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to go from sitting to standing unassisted and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.

Skills

Ability to actively engage clients

Experience in ABA therapy
