Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and identify needs to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate credibility through product knowledge and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients by product demonstrations and application.
• Complete required training to expand product knowledge.
• Execute visual merchandising and operational standards per Sephora at Kohl’s.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Assist inventory management from receipt to sale, including replenishment and price changes.
• Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to supervisor.
