Job summary

Northeast Family Services in New Hampshire is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to perform assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise staff, and deliver direct intervention focused on skill acquisition and reducing challenging behaviors.

This role offers a flexible schedule with in-person and telehealth options, opportunities for family trainings, and ongoing professional supervision within a supportive ABA team.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD with BACB coursework completed.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• LABA preferred.
• Minimum of two years clinical experience with autism/DD/behavior challenges.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Complete behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise behavior technicians and deliver direct treatment.
• Collect data, graph, and analyze progress.
• Prepare progress reports and behavior support plans.
