Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) across multiple states, including Illinois, to support in-home, center-based, or hybrid schedules. Our team emphasizes clinical excellence, mentorship, flexible work arrangements, and sustainable work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field required.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• LABA certification may be required by state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
