Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing.
• Experience designing and overseeing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and analysts.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Analyze data and adjust treatment plans to improve client outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and PBS policies.
