As a BCBA/BCaBA at PBS, you will join a collaborative, mission-driven team that supports professional growth, work-life balance, and high-quality ABA services in diverse settings, including home, school, and community.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB; related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans for client and family success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
