As a BCBA, you will design and supervise interventions, mentor staff, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful, lasting life quality improvements across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB, in good standing.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations as needed.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work across settings (home, school, community).

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members including RBTs and student analysts.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to promote behavior change and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and PBS policies.
