You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise teammates, and ensure ethical, client-centered care across home, school, and community settings. Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required.
• Ability to supervise team members and collaborate with families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Assistants, RBTs and Analysts.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data and adjust plans to ensure client success.
• Ensure ethical compliance with BACB and PBS policies.
