You will lead interventions, supervise RBTs and BAs, and ensure high-quality services in alignment with BACB ethical guidelines. Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB standing.
• Related degree required and licensure/certification where applicable.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data and adjust plans to ensure client and family success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
