Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Related degree required; licensure/credentialing as per state.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data and adjust treatment to ensure client/family success.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies.
