Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. in Alabama seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team, designing and overseeing ABA programs for clients. You will supervise Behavior Assistants, RBTs, and Student Analysts, while ensuring high-quality services for families.

You will collaborate with families and professionals to support progress, analyze data, and adjust plans to maximize outcomes and quality of life for clients and families in the Prattville area.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB good standing.
• Related degree required; licensure/certification as per state rules.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor team members, including RBTs and analysts.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
