Job summary

Mabrey Bank is seeking Banking Support Associates to provide essential branch coverage across locations with flexible schedules. This role offers hands-on exposure to deposits, withdrawals, account maintenance, and customer service while you learn bank operations.

You will float between branches as needed, assist customers with transactions, and support the team in maintaining accurate cash handling and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Interest in customer service, banking, and financial services.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel between branch locations.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism.
• Comfort learning new processes and adapting to changing branch needs.
• Ability to meet the program's minimum shift commitment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Issue Cashier's Checks and Money Orders.
• Balance your cash drawer and daily transactions.
• Support consumer account opening and account maintenance activities.
• Provide friendly, accurate service to customers.
• Float between branch locations as business needs require.
• Complete teller and other branch-support responsibilities as assigned.
