Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for Burlington, NC, to provide in-home ABA therapy on weekday afternoons. The role offers a part-time schedule with a billable rate of $23/hour and a separate $10/hour for paid non-billable time such as training and meetings, with flexible hours around the client’s needs.

You will work under a BCBA who is assigned to the case, delivering direct therapy and collecting data.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy as part of the treatment plan written by the BCBA.
• Collect session data and submit notes; supervision is provided by BCBA.
• Attend required trainings and meetings; hours are flexible within Mon–Fri afternoons.
