Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to work with children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision and help track progress.

This role offers flexible after-school hours, comprehensive on-the-job training, and consistent supervision, with opportunities to grow within our ABA and behavioral health teams. You must be reliable, compassionate, and ready to complete required training to qualify as an RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 18 years of age required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Well-organized, flexible, and receptive to feedback.
• Willingness to complete RBT training if not certified
• Interest in behavioral health and working as a behavioral health technician

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols.
• Support skill-building and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life.
• Communicate session progress with the supervising clinical team
