Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice, temporary/interim RN license in state of practice, or compact RN licensure for current state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in the clinical area for which you are applying is desired.
• Registry positions require experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs.
• Formulate and revise the plan of care in collaboration with the patient/family and health team.
• Implement the plan of care and coordinate supervision of care by licensed nurses and other staff.
• Evaluate patient progress and effectiveness of teaching, adjusting care as needed.
• Document assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in the patient record.
