Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on mentorship.

The role is part-time with flexible afternoons and evenings, requiring reliable transportation and a willingness to work after-school hours or weekends. Training is provided and supervision is available from an experienced BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus).
• Reliable transportation required.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
