Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia seeks dedicated RBTs to provide ABA services in-home and in community settings under supervision by a BCBA.

This part-time role (15–20 hours/week) offers a flexible after-school schedule; applicants must have an active RBT certification, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma
• Pass a criminal background check
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license
• Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the keids to meet their functional goals and needs
