Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home for children with autism. The role follows individualized treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA, with data collection and session notes to be submitted regularly.

Applicants must have RBT Certification, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license. Flexible hours, travel up to 25%, and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/adolescents with autism.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to communicate with coworkers, supervisors, and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as written by supervisor.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
