Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA and contribute to data collection and session notes.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children diagnosed with autism.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors and families.
• Must have a valid state ID.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute to locations and be prompt to appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.
