Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy in North Carolina is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism, in home or clinic settings. You will implement treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA and participate in data collection and notes.

The role offers flexible hours, room for growth, and a supportive team to help you excel as a clinical therapist. Expect travel up to 25% and a work-life balanced schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, including verbal and written communication.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute to locations and be punctual to appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.
