Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings. You will implement treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA, collect data, and submit session notes while collaborating with the team.

Qualified candidates will have experience with autism, strong English communication, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, including verbal and written.
• Reliable transportation to commute to assignments.
• Valid state identification card.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as written by supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Travel and be punctual to appointments.
