Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will work in home or clinic settings, following the supervising BCBA's treatment plans and maintaining accurate data and session notes.

The role offers collaboration, ongoing training, flexible hours, and growth opportunities. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, with a strong commitment to family

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, including verbal and written communication.
• The ability to communicate effectively with co‑workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments.
• Other duties as assigned
