Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home or clinic settings.

You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors while maintaining punctuality and reliability. A valid driver’s license and transportation are required for travel between locations. RBT certification is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, including verbal and written.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license to commute and be prompt to appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.
