Job summary

Phoenix Rising is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental needs in home, clinic, or community settings. This role offers hands-on clinical experience in a growing ABA program.

You will implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision, record progress data, and support communication, social, and daily living skills while upholding HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred in psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience with children; ABA experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy in home, clinic, or community settings.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress.
• Assist with skill acquisition (communication, social, daily living skills).
• Support behavior reduction using positive, ethical strategies.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Maintain professionalism and client confidentiality.
