Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is hiring Behavior Therapists and Behavior Technicians to provide in-home, one-to-one ABA therapy for children with autism (ages 1–21). Under supervision, therapists use prompting and positive reinforcement to help clients build independence and skills for daily living.

We offer strong supervision, growth opportunities, and a competitive hourly pay rate of $19.00–$30.00 per hour, with a collaborative team and emphasis on high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must have ABA experience.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Effective communication in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid and other required trainings.
• Communication with co-workers, supervisors and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.
• Comfortable working in a team environment or independently as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure program consistency.
• Provide feedback to parents/guardians regarding daily activities of client.
