Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy in Peoria, Arizona, provides in-home one-to-one ABA therapy for children with Autism. We are hiring both experienced and entry-level Behavior Therapists.

Under supervision of a BCBA, you will implement ABA interventions, collect data, coordinate with staff, and share daily activity feedback with families. The role offers a supportive environment, clear career growth, and a balanced schedule.

Qualifications

• ABA experience required.
• Experience with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong English communication, verbal and written.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications as required.
• Valid state ID and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis and presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
• Provides feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of client.
