Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings in New Jersey. You will collect data, implement behavior plans under supervision, and support families with practical strategies and progress updates.

Flexible after-school hours and weekends are available; part-time scheduling with afternoon/evening shifts. Training and supervision provided by experienced BCBA staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; coursework in psychology or education is a plus.
• Experience or strong interest in working with children with autism is preferred.
• Ability to collect and record data during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children in home settings with supervision.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
