Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- in Hillside, NJ is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes, helping children build communication, social, and independence skills under supervision.

You’ll receive hands-on training, collect data on goals, and collaborate with a BCBA while supporting families with strategies and progress updates; after-school/evening shifts preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
