Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings in Rahway, NJ. The role includes hands-on training and mentorship from an experienced BCBA, with a focus on building communication, social, and independence skills.

The position is part-time with flexible afternoon/evening shifts. You will work closely with families, collect progress data, and collaborate on behavior plans to support each child\'s development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology or education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to travel to home-based sessions.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
