Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings in New Jersey. You will collect data on progress, work under a BCBA, and help families implement strategies to support development of communication, social, and independence skills.

The role offers flexible afternoon/evening hours, with training and supervision provided. Eligible employees may access health benefits and ongoing professional mentorship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
