Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- seeks a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will collect data, implement behavior plans under supervision, and help families apply strategies.

You'll work afternoons or evenings with flexible scheduling, receive hands-on training and ongoing BCBA mentoring, and enjoy competitive hourly pay in New Jersey. This role emphasizes building communication, social, and independence skills for kids and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus)
• Reliable transportation
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred
• Experience and passion for helping children and families

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided)
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates
