Job summary

Nekton Autism, LLC seeks dedicated Behavior Technicians/RBTs for home-based, 1-1 ABA treatment with children aged 0–21 in New Jersey. Flexible part-time to evening hours, paid training, and a supportive team environment are offered. Competitive pay ranges from $18 to $28 per hour, with opportunities for growth to RBT.

Reliable transportation required. Responsibilities include implementing ABA plans, collecting progress data, and maintaining open communication with families and supervisors.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of ABA experience.
• Availability in the afternoon/early evening; weekends a plus.
• RBT certification is a plus.
• Passion for working with clients using ABA.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by BCBAs.
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and applicable parties.
• Perform other tasks outlined by a BCBA/LBA.
