Job summary

Links ABA Therapy, LLC seeks a compassionate Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings throughout Old Bridge, NJ. You’ll implement therapy plans, collect session data, and work under a supervising BCBA with ongoing training.

The role is part-time with flexible afternoon/evening shifts; reliable transportation is required. Competitive pay of $22–$28 per hour and eligibility for benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
