Job summary

Nekton Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians/RBTs to provide 1-1 ABA treatment in a home-based setting in New Jersey. The role focuses on delivering high-quality ABA plans under a BCBA, with flexible part-time evening hours and potential guaranteed hours.

We offer paid training and a supportive team environment with opportunities for growth toward RBT certification. Compensation ranges from $18 to $28 per hour, with a strong emphasis on reliability and client- and family-centered care.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of ABA experience.
• Availability in the afternoon/early evening (weekends a plus).
• Registration as RBT is nice to have but not required.
• Passion for working with clients using ABA.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by BCBAs.
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Perform other tasks outlined by a BCBA/LBA.
