Nekton Autism provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with autism spectrum disorders, ages 0–21. We are seeking passionate Behavior Technicians/RBTs for 1-on-1 home-based treatment, with a focus on empowering children to thrive in their own environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience.
• Afternoon/early evening availability.
• RBT certification (nice to have).
• Passion for working with clients using ABA.
• Reliable transportation.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by BCBAs.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Respond to clients', families', and supervisors' needs.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by a BCBA/LBA.
