Job summary

Links ABA Therapy in New Jersey is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will support development of communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training from a supervising BCBA.

Part-time role with flexible afternoon/evening shifts; reliable transportation required; training provided. This position offers ongoing supervision, growth opportunities, and the chance to make a tangible difference

Qualifications

• ABA therapy experience or exposure is preferred.
• Reliable transportation to travel to homes for sessions.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends is preferred.
• Passion and experience helping children and families are valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
