Job summary

Nekton Autism provides ABA services for children aged 0 to 21 and seeks Behavior Technicians to deliver 1-1 treatment in a home-based setting. Join a smaller, focused team with paid training, flexible part-time/evening hours, and opportunities for growth as an RBT.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of ABA experience.
• Availability in the afternoon/early evening (Weekends a plus).
• RBT Certification is nice to have.
• Passion for working with clients using ABA.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by BCBAs.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and others involved.
• Other tasks outlined by a BCBA/LBA.
