Beyond Behavior Consulting is hiring a Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings under the guidance of a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect and graph behavioral data, and help clients acquire communication and social skills.

The role emphasizes reliable transportation, adherence to safety protocols, and professional collaboration with families and clinicians. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth in ABA.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician (or bachelor’s degree in a related field)
• Reliable transportation and attendance requirements
• Ability to use electronic timekeeping and data collection systems
• Submit state and federal background clearances (PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal History, FBI)
• CPR Certification and Mandated Reporter Training required
• Physically able to participate in activities with clients

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings
• Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and graph client data during sessions
• Maintain accurate session notes using ABA terminology
• Communicate with BCBAs, caregivers, teachers, and care team
• Attend supervision meetings and complete required documentation
• Follow policies, protocols, and safety procedures
• Respond to client crises per established protocols
