Sunray ABA in Georgia is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support clients with ASD under BCBA supervision. You will deliver evidence-based, individualized therapy across home, school, or clinic settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RBT certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans and BIPs as designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress during each session.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Attend regular supervision sessions and training as required.
• Adhere to BACB guidelines and standards outlined by the BACB.
