Job summary

Sunray ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You will work under a BCBA to deliver individualized therapy for clients with ASD and related conditions, providing high-quality, evidence-based sessions in home, school, or clinic settings.

You will implement treatment plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and team members. Regular supervision and BACB guidelines compliance are required, with flexible scheduling and strong professional

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress during each session.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Attend regular supervision sessions and training as required.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and standards outlined by the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board).
