Job summary

Sunray ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental needs under the supervision of a BCBA. The role includes delivering evidence-based, one-to-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings to help children meet behavioral and developmental goals.

As part of the team, you will implement treatment plans and BIPs, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred).
• Current RBT certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress during each session.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Attend regular supervision sessions and training as required.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and standards outlined by the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board).
