Job summary

Sunray ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver evidence-based therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and team members across home, school, or clinic settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current RBT certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans and BIPs as designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress during each session.
• Communicate with clients, families, and team members.
