Job summary

Sunray ABA seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 therapy in home, school, or clinic settings under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans and collect progress data to support clients with ASD or developmental conditions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and team members, adherence to BACB guidelines, and ongoing supervision and training to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• Current RBT certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans and BIPs as designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress during each session.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Attend regular supervision sessions and training as required.
• Adhere to BACB guidelines and standards.
