Job summary

Sunray ABA in Blairsville, GA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to deliver individualized therapy to clients with ASD and other developmental needs in home, school, or clinic settings.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, collecting progress data, collaborating with families, and participating in regular supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Current RBT certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress during each session.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Attend regular supervision sessions and training as required.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and standards outlined by the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board).
